Hi, I'm Arpit Ranjan
I turn zero into product, team and revenue.
- 10M+ researchers on SciSpace
- 600 paying customers in year one
- 100,000+ users reached at Saveyra
- 10,000 use All Things PM monthly
Most of my work starts the same way: nothing exists yet. At Stayabode, I shipped both apps from scratch and hired a mobile team of four. At Freskkoz, I built the whole product and tech stack, then got to 600 paying customers in year one. I built the research agent that competes with Anthropic's Claude Science. At Pragmatic Leaders, I built the case-study app and evaluation system. At SciSpace, I own the platform end to end, from pricing and packaging to eval gates, Verified Reports and vertical agents.
What I have shipped
Android and iOS apps, an avatar app, a PM case-study app, podcast search, AI PM tools, and the research agents researchers use every day.
- Nestaway and Stayabode (2015 to 2017)
- Built both of Nestaway's native apps, Android and iOS; first developer at Stayabode, hired a mobile team of 4. Stayabode was later acquired by Nestaway.
- Freskkoz (2016)
- Co-founder, product and technology, of a 10-minute cook-at-home service: 600 paying customers and INR 5 lakh revenue in year one.
- Saveyra (2018 to 2019)
- Android developer to associate product manager; launched an Indian avatar and sticker app that reached 100,000+ users.
- Pragmatic Leaders, YC W21 (2020 to 2021)
- First and only PM: a PM case-study app and a rubric-based evaluation system for PM learners.
- SciSpace Agent (2021 to now)
- First PM; owns the agentic AI research platform end to end. 10M+ researchers, BioMed Agent, Verified Reports, an eval gate on every release, product direction for 15 engineers.
- PodcastWorld.io (2022 to 2025)
- Co-founder of Perplexity for podcasts: answers from millions of podcast conversations with playable clips, then Podcaster Tools. Two Product Hunt launches.
- All Things PM (2026)
- Built solo with Claude Code: an AI PM course from 604 real job posts, 4,000+ interview questions, mock interviews from any job description. 10,000 monthly users.
What is in my toolkit
Agentic AI, evals, product, and code. Each one used in shipped work, from mobile apps and Freskkoz to SciSpace agents, PodcastWorld and this site.
- Agentic AI multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, MCP, RAG, prompt engineering, context engineering, guardrails, human in the loop
- Evals and quality LangSmith tracing, golden test sets, LLM as judge, citation checks, cost and latency tuning, model routing across Claude, GPT and Gemini
- Product and business 0 to 1, strategy, roadmaps, PRDs, product-led growth, pricing and packaging, A/B testing, hiring bar and interview loop
- Build it myself Android, iOS, Claude Code, Cursor, SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Figma, Jira
From code to AI products
Engineer first, founder next, then product. The order matters: it is how I got from mobile apps to AI agents.
- Software engineer, Android, Tarams Software (2012 to 2015)
- Project trainee, GE Healthcare (2013)
- Senior software engineer, Android and iOS, Nestaway (2015 to 2016)
- Co-founder, product and technology, Freskkoz (2016 to 2017)
- Mobile technical lead, first developer, Stayabode (2017)
- Android developer to associate product manager, Saveyra (2018 to 2019)
- Product manager, first and only PM, Pragmatic Leaders (YC W21) (2020 to 2021)
- First PM, then senior product manager, agentic AI, SciSpace (2021 to now)
- Co-founder, PodcastWorld.io (2022 to 2025)
- Builder, All Things PM (2026 to now)

Why I built All Things PM
At Pragmatic Leaders, a Y Combinator company that teaches product management, I was the first and only product manager. There, I launched the PM case-study app, built the rubric-based evaluation system used to assess PM learners, and co-taught live classes on technical product management.
All Things PM puts that work into one place. Built solo with Claude Code, it offers an AI PM course built from 604 real AI PM job posts, 4,000+ interview questions, mock interviews from any job description, resume review, live PM job search, podcast and book summaries, and a knowledge graph of AI concepts.
