Most payments product managers build next year's roadmap alone, in a spreadsheet, with no view of what other companies are putting on theirs.

We will host a lean coffee style working session for people who own payments product at merchants, platforms and marketplaces. No slides, no vendor pitches.

How it runs:

quick round of intros, who you are and what your payments setup looks like everyone adds their roadmap questions to a shared FigJam board we group duplicates and pitch the remaining questions dot vote on what to discuss we work through the top two questions, sharing what actually made it onto our 2027 roadmaps and what got cut each person names one thing they'll change in their plan

Bring one real question from your own 2027 planning. You'll leave with other companies' inputs: what they include, how they sequence compliance work against product work, and who signs off.
