1. What we collect

Your account email, the profile you set during onboarding (name, your situation, experience level and target level, and an optional resume or avatar), and everything from your practice: sessions, the job descriptions you add, your answers, typed or given through the microphone, and their transcripts, and the scores, rubric results and skill progress we generate. We also record what you use, tied to your account: which lessons and assignments you open, which tools you run, and page views and clicks on the website. That is how we work out which parts are worth building on.

2. How we use it

To run your mock interviews, generate feedback and a “stronger version” of weak answers, tailor questions to your role and level, and track your skill scores over time.

3. Microphone & transcripts

If you answer or dictate through the microphone, the recording is sent to our speech-to-text provider to be transcribed. We keep the transcript to produce feedback; the recording itself is not stored. Nothing is recorded unless you turn the microphone on, and you can always type instead. There is no button that deletes a session or its transcript yet; to have one removed, email the address in section 8.

4. AI processing

To generate questions, follow-ups and scoring, your answers and job-description text are sent to our AI model provider through secure server-side functions. Our AI keys never leave the server, and the app connects only through privacy-protected, per-user access.

5. Storage & security

Your data is stored in our managed database with row-level security, so your sessions, transcripts and feedback are readable only by your own account.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We rely on a small set of processors to operate All Things PM: cloud hosting and database, Groq, which transcribes answers given through the microphone, our AI model provider, and Dodo Payments, our merchant of record for course payments, who receive the details you enter on their checkout page in order to process the payment. Two analytics services run on the website: Google Analytics, and Amplitude, which also captures page views and clicks on its own. Both are sent your account id once you sign in, and Amplitude is also sent your email and the profile details in section 1. On the pricing page your IP address is sent to ipapi.co, so the page can tell whether to quote rupees or dollars; you can override that choice yourself, and once you do the lookup stops.

7. Your choices

You can edit your profile at any time, and you can delete the job descriptions, resumes, resume reviews and bookmarks you have saved. Everything else, including closing your account and removing the data behind it, is done by hand: email the address in section 8 and say what you want removed.
