1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an All Things PM account or using the app you agree to these terms. All Things PM teaches AI product management and helps you practice product-manager interviews; if you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
2. What All Things PM is
Two things, one account. The first is a course on AI product management: written lessons, videos cut to the part that teaches, a knowledge graph of the concepts, and one graded assignment per chapter that you submit and have marked against a rubric. The second is an AI mock-interview coach and the tools around it, including a resume review against a job description and job matching. The coach asks you questions, you answer by typing or through the microphone, and it returns automated, per-skill feedback. Questions can be tailored to an interview type or grounded in a job description or company you provide.
3. What is sold, and who takes the payment
There are two plans. Free costs nothing: it opens the free lessons of the course and the interview tools with daily limits, which are described on the pricing page. Pro is sold monthly or yearly; the two open exactly the same thing, the whole course and the interview tools without those daily limits, and differ only in how often you pay. Current prices are on the pricing page, in rupees in India and in dollars elsewhere. Payment is taken through Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record: they take the money, handle tax and invoicing, and your card details are entered on their checkout page and never held by us. Access opens on the account you were signed in to when you paid.
4. Renewal and cancellation
Monthly and yearly Pro renew automatically, at the list price shown on the pricing page, until you cancel. Promotional pricing, where it is running, applies to your first payment and not to renewals. Free has nothing to renew. You can cancel at any time from your profile, which opens Dodo’s billing portal; if that option is not shown on your account, email the address in the refund policy. Cancelling stops the next payment and leaves your access running to the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account returns to Free.
5. Refunds
There is a refund window, and it has conditions. Both are set out in the refund policy on this site rather than repeated here, so there is only one version of them to keep true.
6. Your account
You need an account to save sessions, transcripts, and progress. Keep your login secure, you are responsible for activity under it and for the accuracy of the profile details you give us, such as your situation, experience level, and target level.
7. Content you provide
You keep ownership of the job descriptions you paste or upload, the answers you record or type, and the assignments you submit. You grant All Things PM a limited licence to process that content to run your interview, mark your assignment and generate feedback. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or third-party material you are not allowed to share.
8. Acceptable use
All Things PM is for your own learning and interview preparation. Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the course, the question bank or generated feedback, do not share your account or its lessons with people who have not paid, and do not attempt to disrupt the service or reverse-engineer how questions, grading and scoring work.
9. Feedback is guidance, not a guarantee
Scores, rubric bars, assignment grades, and the rewritten “stronger version” of your answer are generated automatically and are directional coaching. They are not a formal assessment of your ability and do not predict or guarantee any real interview outcome or job.
10. Availability & changes
Answers given through the microphone are transcribed automatically, so a transcript can contain mistakes; you can always type instead. The course is still being written, and chapters keep shipping to Pro at no extra cost. Some areas are still in development and features may change over time.
11. Ending use
We may update these terms or the service; continued use means you accept the changes. You can stop using All Things PM at any time, and a paid plan is stopped by cancelling it as described in section 4. There is no button that deletes an account yet: email arpit.ranjan4@gmail.com to have yours and the data behind it removed.
