Refund Policy
1. Plans and billing
There are two plans, Free and Pro. Pro is sold monthly or yearly, and the two open exactly the same thing: every lesson, every video, the knowledge graph, and every chapter case study, including submitting it for grading, plus the interview tools without the free plan's daily limits. They differ only in how often you pay. Monthly is $12. Yearly is $108. Promotional pricing, where it is running, applies to your first payment; the list prices above are what a renewal costs.
2. How payment works
Payment is taken on this site through Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record and handle tax and invoicing. Card details are entered on their secure checkout page and are never held by All Things PM. Access opens as soon as the payment clears, on the account you were signed in to, and runs for the period you paid for.
3. Trying it first
The first six lessons are free, and a free account opens them. None of those six carries an assignment: every assignment sits on a paid lesson, and a free account cannot submit one for grading. You can still read the opening of every assignment brief before you buy, because seeing the real work is the point of showing it, and the whole knowledge graph is browsable without paying. The blog, book summaries and question bank are free for everyone, and so is job matching on a free account. A free account also gets one mock interview a day and one resume review a day (shared between the resume review and job matching's full review); Pro removes those limits, and they reset at midnight UTC. Podcast summaries published in the last seven days are part of Pro; older ones are free.
4. Refunds
If the course is not right for you, email within 7 days of your payment and, provided you have completed no more than two chapter assignments in that time, you will receive a full refund. The same terms apply to monthly and yearly Pro.
5. Renewal
Monthly and yearly Pro renew automatically at their list price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your profile, or, if that option is not shown on your account, by emailing the address in section 6. Either way, cancelling stops the next payment and leaves your access running to the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is taken after that. If a renewal payment fails, access pauses until it is settled. Free has nothing to renew.
