- Clarify the goal of convergence: interoperability (cross-app messaging) versus a single unified app, since these are very different scopes.

- Weigh benefits: shared infrastructure cost savings, cross-app reach for businesses, and encrypted messaging extended platform-wide.
- Weigh risks: user trust concerns about data sharing across apps, regulatory scrutiny (as seen historically with EU antitrust concerns), and diluting each app's distinct identity.
- Recommend a middle path, such as interoperable messaging infrastructure without merging the apps' front-end identities, and name the biggest risk.
What a strong answer includes
