What a strong answer includes
- Grounds the design in driver safety as the primary constraint, not just feature richness.
- Chooses a specific segment (delivery drivers) whose needs, like hands-free multitasking, differ clearly from casual drivers.
- Defines a safety-related success metric, such as glance-away time, instead of only engagement metrics.
Common mistakes
- Listing generic features (Bluetooth, touchscreen, app control) without a clear user or prioritization.
