Name pain points: fragmented sharing across group chats, no single place with context like captions and dates, and overwhelming irrelevant photos.
Design the core product: shared family albums organized by event or person, with simple invite and permission controls.
For the vision impaired case, add screen reader support, and generate AI captions describing each photo's content aloud.
Prioritize accurate captioning first, since a wrong description undermines trust in the whole accessible experience.
Define success as weekly active family members viewing or contributing, and for the accessible flow, task completion rate via screen reader.

Treats accessibility as core design, not an add-on, by including audio captioning in the primary user flow from the start.
Names a specific accessible feature: AI generated alt text read aloud, with a human correction option since automated captions can be wrong.
Separates success metrics for the two audiences, since a vision impaired user's success looks like completed listening sessions, not scroll depth.
