- Explain the benefit: less time spent asking teammates which file is current.
- Define success as reduced duplicate file creation and increased use of the revert feature.
What a strong answer includes
- Targets a specific, common pain point, version confusion, rather than a vague 'better search' answer.
- Explains the mechanism, plain language AI generated change summaries, instead of just saying 'improve version history'.
- Gives an illustrative number, e.g. assumes 20 percent of shared folders have 3 or more duplicate named files.
- Considers enterprise admin needs, such as audit logs, alongside the end user experience.
Common mistakes
- Proposing generic 'more storage' or 'faster upload' answers that do not address a real daily pain point.
- Not distinguishing personal versus team use cases, which have different needs.
- No success metric tied to the proposed change.
