Broad strategic thinking about a major company's priorities, tested as a hypothetical role-play.

Clarify by focusing on one business line rather than trying to cover the whole company.
Assess the current position: strong in social and messaging, an unprofitable long-term bet elsewhere, growing pressure from AI-native competitors.
Identify the top priority, e.g. embedding AI-driven personalization across the core apps to defend engagement and ad revenue.
State an explicit tradeoff, e.g. deprioritizing part of a long-term bet's spend to fund near-term AI product work.
Give one concrete first move, e.g. piloting an AI assistant integrated into a messaging product.
Note how you'd measure whether the priority is working within a quarter or two.

Picks a specific business line to focus on rather than a vague answer covering the whole company.
Names the real competitive pressure, AI-native apps, driving the strategic choice.
States an explicit tradeoff being made, e.g. reallocating spend to fund AI product bets.
Gives one concrete first initiative rather than a laundry list of ideas.

Trying to cover every product line superficially instead of picking a focus.
Not naming a real tradeoff or resource reallocation, making the strategy sound costless.
