For each, name the concrete bet, such as deeper Gemini integration tied to the Tensor chip that competitors cannot easily copy.

Define success metrics: share of Android AI feature users, camera benchmark rankings, two year retention.

Chooses differentiation Google actually controls rather than generic hardware specs.

Listing generic wishes like better battery without tying them to what Google can specifically win on.
Picking more than three areas, diluting the focus the question asks for.
