What a strong answer includes
- Names a specific coordination gap, voting and date overlap, instead of a vague make it social answer.
- Proposes a lightweight, no account required invite flow so non Airbnb users can still participate.
- Gives a concrete metric: conversion from group board created to booking confirmed.
Common mistakes
- Overbuilding a full group chat product instead of solving the specific coordination gap.
- No plan for non users who do not have an Airbnb account.
