Pick a specific, real product example rather than a hypothetical one.
State who the user is and the specific task they were trying to complete.
Explain the specific design failure, for example a confusing checkout flow or a hidden setting causing repeated error.
Explain the consequence, lost conversions, wasted time, or frustration leading to churn.
Propose what a better design would do differently, tying back to the same user and task.

Names a concrete, well known example, for example a multi step account deletion flow buried in settings, and explains why it hurts trust.
Ties the failure to a measurable business cost, higher support tickets or lower satisfaction, not just it is ugly.
Proposes a specific fix, a single clear cancellation button with an optional retention offer, rather than vague simplification.
