Propose a one tap return this item button from the order notification, pre filled with likely reasons based on item category.
Define success as time to complete a return and fewer customer service contacts about returns.

Names one real feature and pain point instead of a generic checkout is slow claim.
Gives an illustrative number, for example assuming return time drops from 3 minutes to 45 seconds.
Considers fraud risk, since faster returns can be abused, and proposes a history based friction tier for repeat abusers.
Ties the improvement to a business metric, like reduced customer service cost per return.

Picking a feature with no clear pain point or evidence it is broken.
Proposing something that ignores fraud and cost implications of frictionless returns.
