Map the biggest pain point, such as feeling intimidated by labels and jargon at the shelf.
Propose a lean MVP, like scan-a-label recommendations plus simple pairing tips.
Define a success metric such as weekly active scans or repeat purchase rate.

Narrows to one segment (e.g. casual drinkers) instead of serving collectors and beginners at once.
Ties the scan feature to a concrete pain point: decoding tannin and region jargon in seconds.
Names a monetization path, e.g. retailer affiliate links, marked clearly as an assumption.
