A strong senior product manager portfolio does one thing a junior one does not: it proves you set direction, not just shipped tickets. The best ones put a business outcome in the first screen, explain the strategic call behind it, and show scope across teams or products. AllthingsPM is an AI PM course and PM interview prep platform, and its free PM Portfolios directory lists 97 real Senior PM portfolio sites (out of 455 PM-level portfolios), filterable by level and industry, next to the course, JD mock and resume review that turn a portfolio into an offer.
Below: the 12 senior portfolios worth studying, what each does well, the data on all 97, and a weekend plan to build yours.

How AllthingsPM does this. The PM Portfolios directory lets you set the level filter to Senior PM and the industry filter to your domain, so you compare yourself with peers, not with new grads or CPOs. Every listing opens the person's live site.
What makes a senior PM portfolio different from a PM portfolio?
The job is different, so the proof is different. Product School describes the shift this way: "While a Product Manager focuses on the execution of product development tasks, a Senior Product Manager is more involved in setting the overall product strategy and vision." It adds that a Senior PM "will take responsibility for multiple product features or even the entire product."
Mind the Product frames the title partly as recognition: a Senior PM does the same work as a PM "but has a senior title either in recognition of their contributions, the relative importance of their product, or reflects the fact that they also spend time mentoring junior product managers."
That gives a senior portfolio three jobs a junior one does not have:
- Show business outcomes, not feature outputs. Revenue, conversion, retention, cost. Leland's guide says recruiters look for "real results backed by numbers or clear outcomes."
- Show the strategic decision. Why this bet and not the other three. What you said no to.
- Show scope and leadership. Several teams, a platform, a marketplace, a mentoring role. Leland says senior PMs "should emphasize your leadership skills, such as managing cross-functional teams and aligning product strategies with business goals."
A junior portfolio often proves you can do the job at all, with teardowns and side projects. A senior one has to prove you can own a bigger slice of the business than you do today.
How AllthingsPM does this. The course lesson on the take-home, the presentation and the portfolio walks through what recruiters read first. The capstone teardown in the "Lead the room" chapter is built to become a portfolio piece that shows senior-level judgment on an AI product.
What do the 12 standout senior PM portfolios do well?
Sites 1 to 7 were read in full on 28 September 2026; sites 8 to 12 loaded that day and are summarized from their AllthingsPM directory entries.
1. Ekta Sengar: every case study leads with its number
Ekta Sengar's site is headed "Senior Product Manager, AI, SaaS & Marketplaces" and says she leads growth and commercialization for Atlassian's marketplace, described there as $6B+. Her three case studies each open with an outcome: a +3.7% app conversion lift from AI-powered growth work, billing and checkout scaled across 15+ products, and enterprise licensing that enabled 600K+ seats. A short writing section follows.
Copy this: put the metric in the case study card, not three paragraphs down.
2. Kasey Chiu: headline stats before any scrolling
Kasey Chiu's homepage opens with "Building products that matter." and a stat row: 12+ years in product, 200x year-over-year engagement growth, one granted US patent, 10x year-over-year revenue growth. The lead case study is Tap to Phone at Visa, which our directory notes he took from prototype to global launch.
Copy this: four numbers a recruiter can read in five seconds.
3. Kireeti Varma: the scale claim is the headline
Kireeti Varma's headline reads "Built products for 200M+ users globally. Ready to build yours." The site says he is open to Senior PM and product lead roles, and lists 20+ projects filterable by AI, products, design, partnerships and fintech, each card showing a metric, role and timeline.
Copy this: say what you want next, and let recruiters filter your work by their problem.
4. Hadar Zeharia: a point of view, not just a résumé
Hadar Zeharia's site opens with "I build what others build on top of." and explains that she works "one layer under the screens," on contracts, ledgers and state machines. She lists four principles for PM work, five case studies (including Stripe and eOS) and six essays.
Copy this: a senior PM is hired for judgment. Write yours down.
5. Vishnu Mohanan: day job plus things he built
Vishnu Mohanan's headline is "I ship product. I also write the code." His site pairs HubSpot case studies (AI-first onboarding, mobile sales, mobile reporting that grew to 55k weekly users) with tools he built himself for tennis clubs.
Copy this: if the role wants a builder PM, show running software, not a claim.
6. Torsten Feld: prototypes as proof of range
Torsten Feld's "Selected Work" section shows five active projects, including an AI-driven insurance conversion analysis using multi-agent orchestration and a ChatGPT insurance comparison app. The site states 21+ years in tech and 13+ years leading teams.
Copy this: for AI roles, current prototypes answer "can you still build?"
7. Ellie Thiele: lead with who you are
Ellie Thiele, a Senior PM at Apple after eight years at Airbnb, opens with a mission line about products that help "people live more intentionally," and gives painting and running their own sections.
Copy this: at senior level, a memorable, human site can be enough when the résumé carries the proof.
8 to 12. Five more worth a look
- Casey Goldman leads with one outcome from rider personalization work at Uber, which his site puts at $2B+ in incremental bookings.
- Nimit Khurana shows a long arc: Senior PM at Amazon, VP Product at NestAway, now Sr. PM at Salesforce on Service Cloud.
- Nnanna Ijezie is pure domain depth: a decade of payments infrastructure across 80+ countries, now at Booking.com.
- Arezou Solouki positions around 0-to-1 work and turnarounds across 10+ years of B2B SaaS.
- Yevgeniy Ursol states monetization expertise across IAP, ads and subscriptions up front, with 300M+ installs cited.

What do 97 real Senior PM portfolios have in common?
We counted the 97 Senior PM entries in our directory on 28 September 2026.
| Pattern | Senior PM portfolios | Share |
|---|---|---|
| Listed in the AllthingsPM directory | 97 | 100% |
| Mention AI, ML, LLMs, agents or GenAI | 45 | 46% |
| Summary cites years of experience | 41 | 42% |
| Hosted on their own domain | 79 | 81% |
| Industry: AI/ML, B2B SaaS or fintech | 58 | 60% |
Three things stand out.
AI is now the default story. Nearly half the Senior PMs mention AI work, even outside the 22 whose industry is AI/ML. If you are senior and have shipped anything with a model inside, it belongs near the top.
Own domains dominate. 79 of 97 use their own domain. Aakash Gupta writes that "For product leaders and senior PMs targeting roles at FAANG or late-stage startups, Webflow is the platform of choice." The tool matters less than the address: a short domain reads as deliberate.
Experience is stated, then proven. 41 summaries lead with years of experience. The strongest sites (Sengar, Chiu, Varma) put a number next to the years, because tenure alone does not show impact.
How AllthingsPM does this. Want to know which AI skills to feature? The AllthingsPM course is built from 604 real PM job postings, and the knowledge graph maps the AI concepts those roles keep asking for.
How should a senior PM structure a portfolio case study?
Two or three deep case studies beat ten thin ones. Aakash Gupta recommends "your top two or three case studies." Use this shape:
- The business problem, in one line. "Marketplace conversion had stalled at X."
- Your scope. Teams, budget, surfaces you owned. This is where seniority shows.
- The strategic call. The options you weighed and why you picked one. Gupta notes that "Hiring managers are far more interested in your thought process."
- Execution in brief. Two or three moves, not a sprint log.
- The outcome, with a number. Revenue, conversion, retention, cost, or time saved.
- What you would do differently. Senior readers trust people who name their misses.
ProdPad adds process detail: "Detail the hypotheses you set, how you tested it, the process you followed, and how you handled feedback and analysis." It also suggests an appendix of strategy documents, roadmaps and PRDs.
Confidential work. Most senior work is under NDA. Use percentages instead of absolute numbers, anonymize the company if needed, and check with your employer before sharing internal documents. ProdPad's guide stresses hard numbers, so share what you can legally stand behind.
How AllthingsPM does this. The case study practice guide covers how to rehearse telling these stories out loud, and the AllthingsPM question bank has real strategy and metrics questions to test each case study against.
Do senior PMs even need a portfolio?
Often not. ProdPad puts it well: "It's not going to make a poor applicant look good, but it can make a good applicant look great." CareerFoundry notes that many long-serving PMs "never needed a product manager portfolio to bag a job," while arguing "the game has changed."
A senior portfolio pays off most when:
- You are moving into AI product management and need visible proof you build and evaluate AI products.
- You are switching industries, and your résumé keywords do not match the new domain.
- You want fractional, advisory or consulting work, where the site is your storefront.
- You are going for Group PM or Principal PM and want your written thinking in front of the hiring manager.
If none apply, a sharp résumé and strong interview stories may carry you further per hour spent.
How AllthingsPM does this. Not sure? Paste the job you want into JD resume review. If the gaps it flags are things a résumé cannot show, build the portfolio. If not, spend the weekend on practice interviews.
How do you build a senior PM portfolio in one weekend?
Saturday morning: pick the story. Choose two or three projects where you owned a business outcome. Rank them against the job you want.
Saturday afternoon: write the case studies. Use the six-part shape above. One page each. Number first.
Sunday morning: build the page. Own domain, one-line positioning statement, a stat row, case study cards, a short "how I work" section, contact link. Look at Chiu and Sengar for layout.
Sunday afternoon: test it. Send it to one peer and ask what they remember after 30 seconds. Then tailor the top case study to the job, using Resume Job Match to find roles that fit.
How AllthingsPM does this. Once the site is live, run a JD mock on the exact posting. The interviewer will ask about the same case studies, and the mock scores how well you tell them.
Why AllthingsPM is the better choice for senior PM portfolios
Most portfolio roundups show a dozen hand-picked sites, often junior ones. AllthingsPM lists 97 Senior PM portfolios and 455 PM-level portfolios in total, free, with level and industry filters, so a senior PM compares against real peers.
A portfolio is only one step of the job search, and AllthingsPM covers the rest in the same place. The AI PM course gives you 14 graded case studies you can publish, built from 604 real PM job postings. JD resume review scores your résumé against a specific posting. A JD mock turns that posting into a scored interview, text or voice. The question bank has 4,122 real questions from 260 companies, each with an answer guide. Pro costs $20/month or $120/year, with a free tier.
Other options have real strengths. Design-led platforms like Webflow make polished sites easy, and Gupta names it the senior PM favourite. Coaching platforms offer human reviewers. But no portfolio builder or coach also gives you 97 senior peer examples, a course, a JD-scored résumé review and a JD mock for one price.
Verdict: start with AllthingsPM. Browse the Senior PM portfolios free, then use the course and JD mock to turn the site into an offer.
