Pick a real project with a clear starting point of nothing, no existing solution, team, or spec.
Describe the situation and the ambiguous problem you started with.
Describe the action: how you scoped an MVP, validated the idea with minimal resources, and made early tradeoffs.
Describe how you handled the lack of established process or precedent.
Describe the result with a measurable outcome.
Note how the initiative evolved after your involvement.

Picks a genuine 0-to-1 example, not an iteration on an existing product, a different skill.
Shows how they validated the idea cheaply before committing resources, e.g. a lightweight pilot or prototype.
Names a specific early tradeoff made under ambiguity, not just 'we figured it out'.
Ends with a measurable result and what happened to the initiative after their involvement.

Choosing an example that was really an iteration on an existing product, not truly 0 to 1.
