Whether you can show a structured prioritization process with a real tradeoff, not just a list of things you picked.

Pick a specific prioritization decision with competing, legitimate options, not an obvious choice.
State the Situation and Task: what the competing priorities were and the constraint forcing a choice, like limited engineering capacity.
Describe the Action: the framework used, such as weighing impact, effort, and urgency, and how stakeholders' input was gathered.
Explain how you communicated the decision to the deprioritized stakeholders, since that's often the hardest part.
Give the Result: the outcome of the choice and whether it proved right in hindsight.
Note what you'd clarify if the interviewer wants a prioritization involving conflicting stakeholders specifically.

Shows a real tradeoff between two legitimate priorities, not a decision that was obviously correct from the start.
Names a specific framework or method used to compare options, such as scoring impact against effort.
Describes how the deprioritized stakeholder was managed, showing skill in delivering an unwelcome decision.
Reflects honestly on whether the prioritization held up, including anything that would be done differently.

Choosing an example where the priority was obvious, making the story show no real judgment.
Skipping how the losing stakeholder was communicated with, leaving a gap in the story.
