Describe the product, the metric that showed it was underperforming, and by how much.
Explain the diagnosis process: what data or user research you used to find the root cause.
Describe the specific change you made in response to that root cause.
State the measurable result after the change.
Share what you would do differently if you saw the same warning signs again.

Names a specific metric and gap, such as activation dropping 12 percent quarter over quarter.
Shows a real diagnosis process, like user interviews revealing a confusing onboarding step, not just a guess.
Ties the fix directly to the diagnosed cause and reports a measurable result afterward.

Describes the problem but skips the diagnosis, jumping straight to a fix with no clear reasoning.
Gives no quantified before and after result.
