What a strong answer includes

- Shows genuine effort to understand the coworker's reasoning before responding.
- Describes a concrete resolution, such as a compromise or a data driven tiebreaker.
Common mistakes
- Frames the coworker negatively without reflecting on their own role in the friction.
- Gives no real example, staying entirely hypothetical.
