Task: state clearly what made it challenging, for example unclear ownership, a tight deadline, or incomplete data.
Action: describe the specific steps taken to break down the ambiguity, such as running discovery interviews or building a quick prototype.
Action: describe a moment of difficulty or pushback and how it was navigated.
Action: describe how tradeoffs were made explicit and communicated to stakeholders.
Result: state the outcome with a concrete metric or deliverable, and a brief reflection on what was learned.

Chooses a project with real, nameable complexity rather than a routine task inflated to sound hard.
Shows the specific mechanism used to reduce ambiguity, such as a discovery sprint or a decision framework, not just 'I worked hard'.
Includes an honest account of friction or failure along the way, not a smooth, conflict free narrative.
