Pramp still exists, but not as its own product. Exponent bought it in 2021, and since July 2024 every new Pramp session runs inside Exponent, now renamed Aced. Free users get 5 peer mocks a month, and product management sessions start at four fixed times a day [1][2][3]. If that is no longer enough, the best Pramp alternative for product managers is AllthingsPM: AI mock interviews you can start at any hour, built from any job description, with follow-ups and a score, next to 4,122 real PM questions with answer guides and an AI PM course. The free tier gives you a JD mock every day, with no partner to schedule.
AllthingsPM has no peer mocks and no human coaches, so the sections below say where a person still helps. Prices checked in September 2026 on each vendor's own page.

What happened to Pramp?
Pramp joined Exponent in November 2021 [4]. Pramp's own site now says: "As of July 2024, all new Pramp sessions are hosted on Exponent Practice" [1]. In 2026 Exponent is rebranding as Aced, and lists Pramp among its brands [5]. Aced's FAQ is plain: you can schedule the same mock types as on Pramp, "however you'll need an Aced account" [2].
What changed for PMs, from Aced's practice page and FAQ [2][3]:
- A cap. 5 free peer mocks a month; Pro and Expert are unlimited.
- Fixed PM slots. Sessions start at 2 AM, 8 AM, 12 PM and 6 PM Pacific Time. From India during US daylight saving time, that is about 2:30 PM, 8:30 PM, 12:30 AM and 6:30 AM IST.
- Same format. A browser video call, about 30 minutes each way, roles swapped halfway, questions suggested.
- AI grading only for paid members, and still in early access.
- No mobile support for mock interviews.
Heavy practice now means paying. On r/leetcode, an Indian student noted that $144 a year is "near 12k rupees for indians" [14]. If five slots at fixed Pacific times do not fit your week, you need something that runs when you do.
How AllthingsPM does this: there are no slots. Open the JD mock at 11 PM after work or 7 AM before it, answer typed or by voice, and get a score in the same sitting. In India, Pro is INR 1,200 a month or INR 8,400 a year.
1. AllthingsPM: the best Pramp alternative for getting reps
The complaint IGotAnOffer collects about Pramp is that some peers "come unprepared, rush through sessions, or provide little to no feedback" [6]. A random peer is the weak link, and the credit cap makes you ration the sessions you do get. We fix both by replacing the partner with an AI interviewer that is always ready and always prepared.
What you get, all in one place:
- Mocks from any job description. Paste a posting into the JD mock and the interview is built from that role's product area, responsibilities and seniority. It asks follow-ups the way a real interviewer would and scores you, typed or spoken. Only 4 tools we found build mocks from a JD, and we are the only one that also has a course, question bank and live JDs [15].
- 4,122 real questions from 260 companies. Every question in the question bank has its own page with what it tests, an approach guide and a button to practise it out loud. There is a page per company, such as Meta PM interview questions or Google's.
- 116 live PM job descriptions at 18 AI companies, each with a mock built from it, in practice.
- An AI PM course built from 604 real PM job postings: 14 chapters, 101 lessons and 14 graded case studies, updated weekly. The product sense round lesson is a good start before your first mock.
- Resume review against a JD with JD resume review, plus 111 book summaries, podcast summaries and 455 PM portfolios.
Price: a free tier with 1 JD mock a day, or Pro at $20 a month or $120 a year (INR 1,200 a month or 8,400 a year) for unlimited mocks. The yearly plan costs $24 less than a year of Aced Pro at $12 a month billed annually ($144) [3], and includes mocks built from your target job, which Aced's peer tool does not.

The one thing an AI does not give you is the nerves of a stranger watching. That is why we suggest an occasional live mock on top, below, and not instead.
A 7-day plan you can run on AllthingsPM today
- Day 1: Take the free lesson on the product sense round, then run a JD mock on the posting you most want.
- Day 2: Open your target company's page in the question bank and read three approach guides.
- Day 3: Run a JD mock and answer by voice this time. Note the lowest-scored part.
- Day 4: Practise two questions of the type you scored lowest on.
- Day 5: Put your resume through JD resume review against the same posting.
- Day 6: Run a JD mock for a second company from the live roles in practice.
- Day 7: Book one free live peer mock and use a question you have already drilled.
That is three scored JD mocks, a resume review and a live mock in one week, free, compared with the five peer mocks a month Pramp now allows for free.
2. StellarPeers: free live practice for nerves
StellarPeers' free plan includes unlimited PM peer mocks from a shared calendar, with a LinkedIn profile required, rules on no-shows, and the option to observe other people's mocks. Paid plans add solved cases from $79 a month [7]. It is the closest thing to old Pramp for PMs.
How AllthingsPM does this: use a live peer once a week for pressure, and do the volume on AllthingsPM between sessions. Walk into each peer mock having already rehearsed the question in the question bank, so the live session goes on delivery, not on first attempts.
3. Aced Basic: the old Pramp, capped
If 5 sessions a month fits your schedule, the old Pramp is still free inside Aced [2]. Its strength is a large pool of partners at four daily slots. Aced Expert adds AI mocks for $20 a month billed annually or $99 month to month [3], but those are not built from a job description you paste.
How AllthingsPM does this: for the same $20 a month, Pro gives you unlimited mocks built from any JD you paste, plus the course, the question bank and resume review. Month to month, that is $79 less than Aced Expert's monthly price [3].
4. Product Management Exercises: a peer matched by company
PM Exercises' $12 a month plan includes peer mocks matched "based on the company they are interviewing for, years of experience" and more, plus a question bank of 3,000+ questions [9]. A matched peer is a real plus.
How AllthingsPM does this: our bank is larger (4,122 questions from 260 companies), every question has its own practice page, and you can run a mock for your target company tonight instead of waiting for a match.
5. ADPList and paid coaches: feedback from someone experienced
ADPList lists free mentors in product management and more; IGotAnOffer notes that mentor expertise "varies significantly" [10][6]. Pick a working PM and ask for a mock, not career advice.
For a real onsite, a coach helps. Prepfully listed 322 PM coaches, with first sessions on its first page at $189 to $299 [11]. IGotAnOffer sessions cost $100 to $250 [6]. StellarPeers sells a 45-minute expert mock for $250 [8], and Aced coaching is $249 a session [12].
How AllthingsPM does this: a coach hour is expensive, so do not spend it on first drafts. A full year of AllthingsPM Pro costs less than one coach hour; do your reps with us, then book a single coach session to polish.
6. PMMockr: another AI option
PMMockr offers unlimited free mocks on its free question set, with premium sold in rupees [13]. It is a solid free AI practice tool. It does not build mocks from a job description, and it has no course or live job listings, which is why AllthingsPM ranks above it here.
How to get more out of any mock
Practise the question types interviews actually ask. In our bank of 4,122 real PM questions, product sense, design and strategy dominate, followed by analytical thinking and metrics [15].
Bring a real question when you interview a peer. Pick one from your target company in the question bank and read its approach guide first, so you can push back on a weak answer.
Ask for one specific thing. "Did I pick a user segment and stick with it?" beats "any feedback?"
Learn frameworks before the mock. Our summary of Decode and Conquer covers the classic PM frameworks, so live time goes on polish.
Score yourself the same way every time. Our JD mock scores each answer, so you can see whether week two is better than week one. With a peer, write down one number after each session so you have the same signal.
Why AllthingsPM is the better choice for Pramp alternatives
Pramp's deal (free, unlimited, strangers) is gone; Aced now caps it at 5 a month at fixed Pacific times [2][3]. Whatever replaces it has to solve three problems: when you can practise, how good the feedback is, and whether the questions match the job you want. AllthingsPM solves all three in one place.
- Timing: start any hour, with a free JD mock every day and unlimited mocks on Pro.
- Feedback: an interviewer that asks follow-ups and scores every answer, instead of another nervous candidate.
- Relevance: mocks built from the exact job description you paste, 116 live PM roles at 18 AI companies, and 4,122 real questions from 260 companies with answer guides.
- Everything else you need: an AI PM course from 604 job postings, resume review against a JD, book and podcast summaries.
- Price: $120 a year, less than Aced Pro's $144 [3] and less than one coach session.
To be fair to the rest: StellarPeers gives free live peers, Aced has the largest partner pool, PM Exercises matches peers by company, ADPList has free mentors, coaches bring real hiring experience, and PMMockr is a capable free AI tool. None of them combines JD-built mocks, a real question bank, a course and live JDs. Our verdict: make AllthingsPM your daily practice and treat everything else as an add-on. Start a free JD mock.

Who owns Pramp?
Exponent, which is rebranding as Aced. Pramp joined Exponent in November 2021, and since July 2024 new Pramp sessions run on Exponent Practice [1][4][5].
Does AllthingsPM have peer mock interviews?
No. It has AI mock interviews (typed or spoken), a question bank, resume review against a job description and an AI PM course. For live human practice, add StellarPeers, Aced or ADPList on top.
Are peer mock interviews worth it for PM interviews?
Yes, for live pressure, and they are usually free. Their weakness is feedback quality, since your partner is another candidate [6]. Do most of your reps on AllthingsPM and use peers for pressure.
