Pick three distinct accomplishments spanning different skills, for example a launch, a leadership moment, and a strategic bet that paid off.
For each, state the context briefly, the action you took, and the measurable result.
Favor accomplishments with a number attached, like a percent lift in a metric or a revenue outcome.
Order them by relevance to the role you are interviewing for.
Keep each one under 30 seconds when spoken, resisting the urge to over-explain.
Be ready to go deeper on any one if asked a follow up.

Uses three genuinely different types of accomplishment rather than three variations of the same story.
States a specific result for each, for example a feature that grew a metric by a stated percent (assumption where illustrative).
