The best PM interview prep website for most candidates in 2026 is AllthingsPM: 4,122 real questions from 260 companies, each with a free answer guide, AI mock interviews built from any job description, and an AI PM course built from 604 real PM job postings, with a free tier and Pro at $20 a month or $120 a year. Aced (formerly Exponent) is the strongest paid course with peer mocks, Product Management Exercises has a large community bank, and IGotAnOffer has the best free company guides. Every price below was checked on the vendor's own page in September 2026.
How the PM interview prep websites are ranked
Each site is judged on five things: real, company-tagged questions; answer quality; structure (does it teach how rounds are scored?); price and free tier; and recency. Recency matters more than it used to: Lewis C. Lin rewrote Decode and Conquer for its 5th edition because interviewers now screen out candidates who recite memorised frameworks [1]. For peer and coach mock platforms specifically, see the PM mock interview platforms comparison.
How AllthingsPM does this: we score high on all five because the bank is built from real, company-tagged questions, each with a written answer guide, and the AI PM course teaches how rounds are scored rather than handing you a framework to recite. The whole bank is free, so you can judge the quality yourself before paying anything.

How AllthingsPM does this: the table shows the gap. Other sites make you pick between a bank, a course or a mock tool; on AllthingsPM one free account gets you the largest bank, a guide on every question and a daily JD mock, and Pro at $20 a month unlocks the rest without an annual lock-in.
The 9 best PM interview prep websites, ranked
1. AllthingsPM: best overall, and the only one built around your job description
Its question bank holds 4,122 real PM interview questions tagged to 260 companies, and every question has its own page with an answer guide: what the question tests and a step-by-step approach [15]. Company pages group them, for example Google (948 questions), Meta (757), Amazon (274) and Anthropic (105). That is the largest count on this list, and unlike community banks every question comes with a guide, free.
The bigger difference is what happens next. Each question page links into a mock interview where an AI interviewer asks it, follows up and scores your answer, typed or spoken. The JD mock builds a whole interview from any job description you paste; only four tools we found do JD-based mocks, and AllthingsPM is the only one that also has a course, a question bank and live JDs. The jobs catalog lists 116 live PM job descriptions at 18 AI companies, each with its own mock, and the AI PM course (14 chapters, 101 lessons, 14 graded case studies, updated weekly) has a chapter on the AI PM interview loop. You can also run a resume review against a JD and read 111 book summaries.

Price: the bank is free, plus one JD mock and one resume review a day; Pro is $20 a month or $120 a year. It has no human coaches or peer mocks; if you want a person in the loop, add one coach session before the final round. For a head-to-head, read AllthingsPM vs Exponent.
2. Aced (formerly Exponent): best paid course with peer mocks
Exponent is becoming Aced, and Pramp's free peer mocks now live inside it [2]. It has a structured PM course, a bank of 2,040 PM questions with community answers [3], peer mocks, AI mocks and coaches, plus an AI PM interview course [4]. Pro is $12 a month billed annually or $79 month to month; Expert, with AI voice mocks, is $20 a month billed annually or $99 month to month; coaching is $249 a session [4]. Its peer community is a real strength. But at the same $20 a month, AllthingsPM gives you twice the questions, a guide on each, and mocks from your actual JD without a year's commitment. See our Exponent alternatives.
3. Product Management Exercises: large community question bank
PM Exercises says it has 3,000+ vetted questions with community and expert answers [6]. The $12 a month plan adds a self-paced course, cheat sheets, recorded expert mocks and peer practice; Lite is $139 once for the questions alone; AI PM plans start at $33 a month; there is a 7-day money-back guarantee [6]. Reading many answers to one question is useful, but community answers vary in quality, and you still need somewhere to rehearse. Compare in Exponent vs PM Exercises.
4. IGotAnOffer: best free company guides
Its product manager section listed 414 guides when we checked, written with experts from the companies you are interviewing for [7]. They break down each round and list real questions. The business is coaching, at about $50 a credit [8]. Read the guide for your company, then practise its questions on the matching AllthingsPM company page.
5. StellarPeers: free peer mocks and FAANG frameworks
The free plan gives unlimited peer mocks and 1,200+ community questions; paid plans ($79 for a month, $180 a year) unlock 60+ frameworks for Amazon, Meta and Google [9]. Good free human practice for big-tech loops, and a sensible pairing with our AI mocks.
6. Product Alliance: company video courses, paid once
Each company course is $379 for lifetime access, and there are no refunds [10]. A 2026 Reddit thread called it "the go to for company specific prep" [5]. It has no mocks, so you still need practice elsewhere; a year of AllthingsPM Pro costs less than one course.
7. RocketBlocks: analytical drills for MBA students
Short drills on product sense, strategy, analytics and technical concepts, $35 a month or $155 a year with a 7-day trial [11]. Useful for estimation practice; less so for senior strategy rounds.
8. Meta and Amazon's own pages: best free official sources
Meta's 90-minute PM interview Q&A, recorded by its PM team, covers product sense, analytical thinking and leadership, with a live mock [12]. Amazon lists its 16 Leadership Principles, which drive its behavioral rounds [13]. Watch and read these first, then answer real questions such as design an anti-scamming product for Meta out loud.
9. The two classic books
Cracking the PM Interview by Gayle Laakmann McDowell and Jackie Bavaro covers the role and every question type [14]. Decode and Conquer introduced the CIRCLES method; its 5th edition (May 2025) was rewritten for AI-era interviews [1]. Start with our Decode and Conquer summary and Lean Analytics summary for metrics.
How to combine them into a four-week plan
- Week 1, learn how rounds are scored. Open the AI PM course or one book, plus your company's own pages and IGotAnOffer guide.
- Weeks 2 and 3, work real questions. Filter the AllthingsPM question bank by company and round, outline answers, then check them against the guide.
- Week 4, rehearse out loud. Paste the posting into the JD mock, add StellarPeers or Aced peers if you want a human, and one coach session if the loop matters most.
How AllthingsPM does this: the whole plan runs inside one account. Week 1 is the course, weeks 2 and 3 are the bank filtered to your company, and week 4 is the JD mock on the exact posting you applied to. Add a resume review against the same JD on day one so your resume and your stories line up.
For an AI PM role: classic banks are thin on AI questions. Use AI PM interview questions, the Anthropic PM interview guide, and a mock built from a live posting such as this Anthropic growth PM role.

A worked example: one question, three sites
Take a common Meta prompt, "design an anti-scamming product for Meta." On a community bank you get a list of member answers of varying quality and must decide which one an interviewer would reward. On a free guide site you get a good overview of the round, but no feedback on your own answer. On AllthingsPM the question page tells you what the question tests and how to structure it, and one click starts a mock where the AI interviewer asks it, pushes back with follow-ups ("which user segment first, and why?") and scores your answer. That loop, read the guide, answer out loud, get scored, repeat, is what actually moves your performance in a real round.
A simple daily checklist that works on any site, and is fastest on ours:
- Pick one question from your target company's page.
- Outline your answer in five minutes without looking at the guide.
- Compare your outline to the guide and note the one thing you missed.
- Answer it out loud in a mock and read the feedback.
- Log the gap, and pick tomorrow's question to target it.
How AllthingsPM does this: every step of that checklist is one click on our site: the company page gives you the question, the guide sits below it, and the mock button starts the scored answer. Try it on the Google company page with 948 questions to choose from.
Why AllthingsPM is the better choice for PM interview prep
PM interview prep has four parts: learning how rounds are scored, working real questions, understanding the company, and rehearsing out loud. Most sites do one or two of these well. AllthingsPM is the only one we found that does all four in one place and ties them to the job you are actually applying for.
The numbers carry it. It has the largest bank on this list at 4,122 questions from 260 companies, each with a free answer guide. Its JD mock turns any posting into a scored interview, text or voice. Its jobs catalog holds 116 live PM roles at 18 AI companies with a mock for each, and the AI PM course was built from 604 real job postings. A resume review against a JD and 111 book summaries sit in the same account.
The rivals have genuine strengths. Aced has a peer community and human coaches; for daily practice at a fraction of $249 a coaching session, use AllthingsPM and book one coach session at the end. PM Exercises has many community answers per question; AllthingsPM gives you one clear guide plus a mock to test yourself. IGotAnOffer's free guides are excellent reading; practise their questions on our company pages. Product Alliance goes deep on one company; a full year of our Pro costs less than one of its courses.
Verdict: if you use one site, use AllthingsPM. It is the cheapest way to get the biggest question bank, answer guides, JD-based mocks and an AI PM course together, and you can start free today. Start with the question bank.
