B2B SaaS PM Portfolio Examples: 90 Real Sites (2026)

The best B2B product manager portfolios lead with revenue and retention numbers, name the buyer, and show one hard enterprise tradeoff. Here are 12 standouts from the 90 B2B SaaS PM portfolios in the free AllthingsPM directory, plus a build plan.

90 real B2B SaaS PM portfolios, and what the strongest ones show about revenue, retention and buyers.

A strong B2B product manager portfolio proves what a consumer portfolio rarely has to: you moved a business number (ARR, retention, activation, seats), you understood a buyer who is not the user, and you shipped inside enterprise constraints like security reviews, pricing and sales cycles. AllthingsPM is an AI PM course and PM interview prep platform, and its free PM Portfolios directory lists 90 real B2B SaaS PM portfolio sites (out of 455 PM-level portfolios), from PMs at Notion, Asana and Miro to product leaders at Webflow, Salesforce, Atlassian and Zendesk. Filter by industry and level, then practice for the role in the same account.

Below: the 12 B2B SaaS portfolios worth studying, what each does well, the data on all 90, and a weekend plan to build yours.

Which B2B SaaS PM portfolio examples are worth copying?

The 90 B2B SaaS entries cover 89 people, because Rian van der Merwe has two entries (his homepage and his portfolio page). Here are the 12 we would open first. Metrics quoted come from each person's own site, read on 29 September 2026.

Source: AllthingsPM PM Portfolios directory, B2B SaaS entries, September 2026

B2B SaaS is one of the largest industry groups in the directory: 90 of 455 entries. Two thirds of them (60) are PMs and Senior PMs, and 30 are Group PMs, Directors, VPs and CPOs. Whatever your level, you can find real peers in the AllthingsPM directory.

How AllthingsPM does this: open PM Portfolios, set the industry filter to B2B SaaS and the level filter to your own level. Every card shows the person's title, company and a one-line focus, and opens their live site in a new tab.

What makes a B2B SaaS PM portfolio different from a consumer one?

In consumer products, the user and the buyer are usually the same person. In B2B SaaS they rarely are. A hiring manager reading your portfolio wants to see that you can serve the admin, the end user and the economic buyer at once, and that you know which number the business runs on.

Those numbers are specific. ChurnZero defines net revenue retention as "the total sum of retained, contracted, and expanded revenue over a set period, typically one month (i.e. MRR) or one year (i.e. ARR)" [1]. Gross revenue retention excludes expansion and subtracts churn, "which includes contract expirations, non-renewals and contractions" [1]. If you can say which of these your work moved, you sound like someone who has sat in a B2B planning meeting.

So a B2B reviewer reads your portfolio for signals a consumer reviewer would skip:

  • Revenue link. Did your work touch ARR, expansion, pricing, seats or deal size?
  • Buyer awareness. Did you name who pays, who approves and who uses?
  • Enterprise constraints. Security reviews, SSO, compliance certifications, migrations, admin controls.
  • Go-to-market. Did you work with sales, customer success and marketing, not only engineering?

How AllthingsPM does this: the question bank has real B2B prompts to rehearse against your case studies, such as Tell me about a time you brought clarity to an ambiguous B2B product area and Design a pricing tool used by sales for a B2B product. Each has an answer guide and can start a mock.

What do the best B2B SaaS portfolios actually show?

Here is what we read on six of the standouts, quoted from their own sites on 29 September 2026.

Aditya Jain: titles that are results

Aditya's headline is "Turning Enterprise Chaos into Elegant SaaS." The case study titles do the selling before you click: "Cutting Client Onboarding Time from 6 Weeks to 2", "Consolidating 5 Tax Engines into a Unified Platform", "Scaling Invoice Fraud Detection Across 40+ Global Clients." Each case then carries a number, such as a 67% onboarding time reduction. Copy the pattern: make the title the outcome, not the project name.

Arezou Solouki: three metrics per card

Arezou, a Senior PM at Paligo, opens with "I lead 0→1 products to market, and turn struggling ones around" (lightly edited punctuation). Every case study card shows three numbers. One migration case reads "0% Migration Churn | ~55% Adoption Restored | −35% Support Tickets." That trio is exactly what a B2B leader worries about in a migration: did we lose customers, did usage come back, did support costs fall.

Serhii Kibitkin: one multiple as the headline

Serhii's headline is "Product Manager who scaled a B2B SaaS product 17x." The proof sits right below: the product grew "from 100 to 3,200+ companies," reached "#1 category on Atlassian Marketplace," with "17x revenue growth over 4 years." If you own an add-on or a smaller SaaS product end to end, a single growth multiple is the cleanest story you can tell.

Ekta Sengar (Atlassian): platform work made visible

Platform and billing work is hard to show. Ekta solves it with scale numbers: a "$6B+ Marketplace with 6K+ apps and 300K+ customers," billing microservices with "15+ products onboarded," and enterprise licensing work credited with "$15M+ ACV enabled" across "600K+ enterprise seats." If your work is infrastructure for other teams, count the teams, products and seats it serves.

Nimit Khurana (Salesforce): deal value

Nimit, a Senior PM on Service Cloud knowledge, ties product work to sales outcomes: "+$5M AOV and 5 net-new customers worth ~$2M each." Few PMs connect a feature to closed deals this directly. If your roadmap helped close enterprise accounts, say so, with numbers your employer allows you to share.

Mehdi Zaidi (PureSquare): compliance as a result

Mehdi's white-label B2B platform case lists "SOC 2 Certified" as a result next to "1,000+ Sales Pitches." In B2B, passing a security certification can unlock whole segments of buyers, so it belongs in the results line, not the footnotes.

How AllthingsPM does this: once you have picked a portfolio pattern, run a JD mock on the B2B role you want. Paste the job description and AllthingsPM builds a scored interview from it, in text or voice, with follow-up questions that push on the same revenue and retention claims your case studies make.

How should you structure a B2B SaaS case study?

General portfolio advice holds. CareerFoundry tells PMs "to constantly point out your own involvement in the projects and the effect that that had" [2], and Leland advises you to "Pick a few key projects that best showcase your product management skills" and to "Include details about the challenges, your approach, and the results" [3]. For B2B, add the buyer and the business metric. A structure that works:

  1. Context in one line. Product, customer segment (SMB, mid-market, enterprise), and who buys versus who uses.
  2. The problem, with a number. "Onboarding took six weeks; new accounts churned before value."
  3. Your decision and the tradeoff. What you chose, what you gave up, and who you aligned (sales, customer success, security, finance).
  4. The result, tied to a business metric. ARR, retention, activation, support tickets, time to value. Give the baseline.
  5. What you would do differently. One honest sentence.

Keep it to two or three case studies. B2B hiring managers will read one deeply; make that one excellent.

What if my B2B work is under NDA?

Most of it is. Report relative changes ("cut onboarding time by two thirds") rather than absolute revenue, and describe customers by segment ("a Fortune 500 retailer") instead of by name unless the logo is public. Never publish internal dashboards, pricing sheets or contract terms. When in doubt, ask your manager.

How AllthingsPM does this: before you send a portfolio link, run your resume through resume review against a JD. It scores the match to the B2B role you are applying for, so the resume and the portfolio make the same claims.

What should a B2B SaaS PM portfolio look like by level?

The 90 entries show a clear pattern by seniority.

Counts from the AllthingsPM PM Portfolios directory, B2B SaaS entries, September 2026.

At the top, Rachel Wolan's site opens with "Builder first. Executive second." and leads with talks and essays on agentic SaaS rather than a list of jobs. At the Group PM level, Paige Kehoe's directory entry names enterprise expansion, packaging and pricing, and GTM at Webflow, Render and Slack. At the Director level, Matan Grady's entry names early AI agents and MCP servers at Port. Each is specific. None says "passionate about SaaS."

How AllthingsPM does this: the directory's level filter runs from PM to VP or CPO, and the senior PM portfolio roundup and director and VP portfolio roundup go deeper on the top levels.

Which B2B SaaS companies and lanes do the 90 portfolios cover?

Reading the 90 entries, the lanes cluster around a few areas:

  • Collaboration and productivity: Notion (Ekin Oflazer, Pia Mishra), Asana (Bill Thanhouser), Miro (Laurens Kersbergen), Dropbox (Stephanie Wang).
  • Website and content platforms: Webflow (Rachel Wolan, Melanie Richards, Paige Kehoe), Hygraph, WP Engine.
  • CRM, marketing and customer platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio, Twilio, Customer.io, MoEngage, Zendesk.
  • Developer and infrastructure tools: Fastly, Port, Frontegg, SolarWinds.
  • Marketplaces and ecosystems: Atlassian Marketplace (Ekta Sengar, Serhii Kibitkin).
  • Fractional and independent product leaders: several VPs and CPOs, such as Thierry Truche and Kandarp Bhatt, who present their SaaS track record to win advisory work.

Pick the three portfolios closest to your lane and study those, not the most famous ones.

How do you build a B2B SaaS PM portfolio in a weekend?

Saturday morning: pick your lane and peers. Open PM Portfolios, filter to B2B SaaS and your level, and open five sites. Note which one you would call back as a hiring manager, and why.

Saturday afternoon: write two case studies. Use the five-part structure above. Each names the buyer, the constraint and a business metric with a baseline.

Sunday morning: write the first screen. One positioning line (like Serhii's "scaled a B2B SaaS product 17x"), three headline numbers, and links to the two case studies. A no-code builder or a static site is enough; our guide on how to build a PM portfolio website covers the options.

Sunday afternoon: pressure-test it. Pick a real B2B JD, run a JD mock on it, and check whether your case studies survive the follow-ups. Then practice a company set, for example the Atlassian growth strategy question.

B2B SaaS is moving fast into AI and new pricing models. If your target role mentions AI agents or usage-based pricing, the AllthingsPM course covers them, including a lesson on seat, usage and outcome pricing, built from 604 real PM job postings. The AI PM portfolio examples post shows how AI PMs present that work.

How AllthingsPM does this: every step above lives in one account: the portfolio directory, the question bank, JD mocks, resume review and the course. You do not need a separate tool for each stage.

Why AllthingsPM is the better choice for B2B SaaS PM portfolio research

General PM portfolio guides mix every industry together. The AllthingsPM directory has 90 B2B SaaS entries alone, each with title, level, company and a one-line focus, filterable by level, and each opening the person's live site.

Other resources have real strengths. CareerFoundry and Leland publish useful general guides on what to put in a PM portfolio [2][3], and their advice matches what the best B2B sites here already do. What they do not give you is a searchable set of B2B SaaS PM peers, or anything that helps after the portfolio is done.

That second half is where AllthingsPM wins. A portfolio earns you the interview. The interview is where B2B candidates get asked about pricing, enterprise launches, churn and working with sales. AllthingsPM gives you 4,122 real questions from 260 companies with answer guides, company pages for Salesforce and Atlassian, mocks built from any job description in text or voice, resume review against a JD, and an AI PM course, all at $20 a month or $120 a year, with a free tier that includes one JD mock a day.

The verdict: use the AllthingsPM directory to find the B2B SaaS portfolios worth copying, build yours with the weekend plan above, then practice the interview it earns you on AllthingsPM. Start free on AllthingsPM.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best place to find B2B product manager portfolio examples?

AllthingsPM's free PM Portfolios directory is the best place: it lists 90 real B2B SaaS PM portfolio sites among 455 PM-level portfolios, filterable by industry and level. Each entry shows the person's title, company and focus, and links to their live site.

What should a B2B SaaS PM portfolio include?

Two or three case studies, each with context, the buyer, a problem with a number, your decision and tradeoff, and a result tied to a business metric like ARR, retention or activation. Add a clear positioning line and three headline numbers on the first screen.

Which metrics matter most in a B2B PM portfolio?

Revenue and retention metrics carry the most weight: ARR, net and gross revenue retention, expansion, churn, activation and time to value [1]. Operational metrics such as onboarding time or support ticket volume also work well when they tie to cost or retention.

How do I show B2B work that is under NDA?

Use relative results (percentages, multiples) instead of absolute revenue, describe customers by segment instead of name, and never publish internal dashboards, pricing or contract terms. Check with your manager if unsure.

Do B2B product managers need a portfolio?

It is not required for most roles, but it helps when a resume cannot show how your work connected to revenue or retention. Our post on whether PMs need a portfolio covers what hiring managers say.

How do I prepare for B2B PM interviews after building my portfolio?

Practice on real questions: the AllthingsPM question bank has company pages for Salesforce and Atlassian and B2B prompts on pricing and enterprise launches, and a JD mock turns any B2B job description into a scored interview with follow-ups. The free tier includes one JD mock a day.
